I only bought cd with Touch and Zero on. At first I thought Big W didn't have it because it wasn't with the new releases. Anyway they exhibit their top 30 cd singles and there was Popular (both versions) at 4 and a bargain at AU$4.44 [img]smile.gif[/img]

I will say I think Zero is like a Spin album song.. thats why its a bside, plus it sounds like a lullabye kind of song to a baby. Touch is in the direction of the new album but still definately not something that really moves me and thats why its a bside as well. Both songs do not represent how good the TTATS is!

You know I like Spin, it was mostly light and fluffy (easy to listen and sing along too) and a balance to Affirmation....I just like Darren's voice and that is what I want to clearly hear, lol.
Okay Barb not to spoil TTATS for you or give anything away. But I will just say that musically the noise I have a feeling you wont really appreciate that but Darrens voice is the strength of this album.. it reminds me of early SG, Demos, Debut...it is the power in this album and almost seems to overide the music that you may not like.
But yeah I eagerly await to see if you do like it or not.

See, it's the music (and I use that word with caution/trepidation) that's making me nervous about this particular album. I <u>know</u> that D's got a fab voice and I <u>know</u> that he writes great lyrics but I also know that I'm not a fan of electronic music and that I'm particularly not a fan of random electronic bleeps, bloops, buzzes and whathaveyous.
Sooooo, although it's true to say that I'm slightly curious as to what TTATS has to offer me as a consumer and (former?) DH fan, I'm also realistic in thinking that it's deffo NOT gonna be my cup of tea! *lol*
Still, there's always Maroon 5 and The Calling to keep me happy. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Ok so I've been playing it more and the pinging noise (I know it's a musical sound but it really was a high pitched ping sound to me initially) that really was loud to me on Zero the other night is now not so noticeable and honestly it's the song I play most. Perhaps it was the fact we were driving at the time, lol.
I really like Zero I play it heaps [img]smile.gif[/img] I think that maybe Darren wrote it for leonies little baby boy Calvin( I hope thats the right name LMAO my memory is bad)or maybe its for his neices and nephews who knows, all I know is that its a great song [img]smile.gif[/img]
